Cancellation & Refund

7+ days’ notice → full refund or transfer

3–7 days’ notice → 50% refund or full transfer

Less than 48 hours’ notice → no refund

Tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Transfers may be permitted at our discretion

Digital Product

No refunds once access has been granted, unless required by law.

You may not: copy, Reproduce, Distribute, Resell and/or Modify any materials without prior written consent.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
